The History of Ukraine and Cisco Talos

Cisco already had a really big footprint in Ukraine. Some installations of certain Cisco devices and so forth represent a sensor network that will tell them, give them some early warning about some of the things that are going on there. And if you go back to the Indestroyer Power Grid attack back in 2015, it's as far back as then that some fairly significant threat hunting was happening between Cisco and their customer slash partners in Ukraine. It led to an internal Ukraine task unit, which can respond to future global events with cyber implications.
