The Power of a Passive Observer
"I think it'd be a little confusing if you watched Last Crusade and they just went straight to this," he says. "You don't have to have any association with Child Abuff or have seen Crystal Skull for any of that to work" The character is largely passive in the new film, but I'm not complaining about his lack of cinematic presence - my problem is where do we leave the character at the end of the film? We leave him as a more complete person than we did at the endOfCrystalSkull.
