The Relevance of Contemplation for Wise and Effective Leadership
I was invited in 2015 to join the Academy for contemplative ethical leadership and joined on the faculty group of thought leaders Otto Scharmer and Sharon Parks. This has been so important for me because so much of what I've learned and what I experienced was about how I am in the world and how I want to be. In part because of the work of mind and life, I have been able to try and think well about my own campus as a system. We are a tri-campus, we don't call ourselves a system, but we are three campuses with about 50,000 students.
