I think of investigation as a way of deepening presents, that we take the interest in our mind and we deepen presents that way. The more we investigate, the more we see, the less we're caught up in repeating patterns. I'd like to to name out loud the thing that is kind of id the scenes, which is it means pausing when we're in that tumbling forward of activity,. It's his willingness to pause and be with what's uncomfortable and take a look.
