There's no perfect answer here because I think if we just apply the reform process to the new connections as of next year. Then they will get the benefit but only for connection dates after the end of the 500,000 megawatts and maybe in a year's time. And they'll get 2040 date so I have an ice reform process for connections in 2040,. But we still got 500,000 Megawatts of stuff in the queue ahead of them that may or may not be progressing. So there's going to be a real challenge as to how we implement the full blown sort of reform process. It's interesting because this isn't the only reform in the power sector tour that's taking
