Sally Kohn: We have to dance around this, this multimodal orientation towards healing. If you're just going into the trauma and getting lost in it, you're just reinforcing it. So I hold that 70 30 80 20 state experience. And that helps to dissolve the trauma without being in denial of it. It also helps reinforce positive reinforced the Mylon sheath. She says some people don't like presence but we often assume they do. But for most people Presence is step one, step two, step three, step four, step five.
