The Cycle of Habitual Reactivity
In this episode I want to talk about meditation and specifically how it can be thought of as a giant pause button, the practice of pausing. So our journey begins with understanding the correlation between our beliefs, thoughts, feelings, actions and the consequences of our actions. And I think of this summarized this infinite cycle as the cycle of habitual reactivity. But I'm of course more interested in talking about what's happening when we're awake. That's just a quick life update and why you haven't heard from me in a while but I am excited to get back into all of this in the near future.
