What's the Scenario?
There's an increasing level of city and state independence. Cities like miami, states like wyoming and colorado and texas, a, are doing bick coin and crypto things. cities have been setting their own emigration policy, with open carry as a great deal on that map over the last 20, 30 years. Because you can look at the map on that gun laws, Open Carry has changed a great deal over the last decade or so. And then there's decentralization in many other respects which is actually a real symptom of what i call sub national and international instability.
