For us for our business we found that sending out one promotion in the words some trying to sell them something once a month and offering information with no sales angle to whatsoever once a month is our minimum. We can get away with two of those each being we can promote twice a month and give away content twice a month so a total of four times or once a week without any kind of faltering of sales. That's our maximum return on investment for email sent, if we start sending more than that more than one a week we found personally that our sales start dropping as people start ignoring the email and not paying attention to it because the frequency now with that said I know that Matt Fury is doing
