What Are the Best Lessons to Be Learned From January Sixth?
Wander: A case is really likely to get plea bargaind if somebody gets charged, they are almost certainly going to plead guilty. I think until we understand that, we're going to continue to have the very broken system that we do. Wander: If we can't afford to try all of the cases that come through the system, maybe we should think about either, a, funding the system better, or b, bringing fewer cases into it.
