Hegel's Puking, Right?
Hegel thinks for him to come off as axiomatic hurts the larger, the whole point of his project. He's looking at the way in which the immediate knowledge given to us by sense certainty is undermined not by some external different kind of axiom, but by its own axiom. Like, it ends up asserting something that it can't... When it tries to make a claim about truth, like this immediate experience is what's true. That's the only thing that's true are my immediate experience of my senses. I don't think this is a crazy position. I think it's almost a common position.
