How to Deal With Trauma in the First 30 Days

After the first 30 days, it starts to move into what's called pro-stromatic stress disorder. And trauma is the result of extraordinarily stressful events that shatter your sense of security. They make you feel helpless and it makes the world feel dangerous. The more frightened and helpless you feel, the more likely you are to feel traumatized. People who don't exercise and don't have a healthy life can be just traumatized by the fact their body can't process the adrenaline.
