I don't see from first principles reasoning why you need to get to like thousands of people and look like I grew up on the operations in BD side at Coinbase. Most of our stuff is off chain so we don't need to deal with all these like money transmitter licenses and all the other stuff that's something like Coinbase. So being delivered in terms of what you're doing on the technical side of things can actually flow through with the shape of your organization but yeah if you had 10 million daily active users like you need you need an operations team to help with the customer support side of things really.
