How Do You Use Chat GPT?

I'm going to take it back to you for a second here. How do you use some of these AI tools in your day-to-day life? I actually made a YouTube video about this just recently like writing with chat GPT because I use it quite a lot in my exploration and content structuring process. So whenever I have an idea, I tend to just dictate it into my telephone,. Do we still say this? Yeah. Like other AI or something, I just dictate it and it automatically transcribes it which is quite nice.
