Smaller teams with high trust lead to fast flow, according to a new study. Research from Robin Dunbar looked at trust boundaries in human beings and actually in primates. It seems to relate to how many kind of relationships we can really maintain as human beings. The most famous one is it's around about 150 people that's been called Dunbar's number.
