Dr. We Zhang published a study recently from his lab looking at the effects of cannabis on the oral microbiome. In 2018, he traveled to Amsterdam and saw people smoke marijuana even on the street. He realized that when they smoke marijuana, their mouth is the place affected most by marijuana smoking.
