When I started doing research on creativity, probably about a year later, that's what I started really looking at. And all of these signs, all of the stuff kept pointing to the inner critic and how the inner critic was no longer there. When that part of your brain is really active, guess what? You can't be creative or you can't be as creative. It's only when that parts of your brain starts to power down that you can let all of your ideas go through. That's when we become more of who we are.
