The Patient Experience - How to Connect With Your Intuition
You spoke about not being able to connect when you're in that high alert of stress. I think a lot of being in the patient experience is embo in a few aspects. One is we are acknowledging our feeling n space. Then we are acknowledging the patients feeling space. And then we're calling on our education and what we've learned. And thenwe're connecting to our intuition. So there's all these different aspects that are happening in that room. And being aware that it's ever flowing, dynamic, all these four aspects has helped me.
