The Importance of Remote Working for Artists

Mad Microbe was set up as a fully remote studio right from the beginning in 2015. It's allowed us to hire people anywhere in the world, anywhere in the country. I feel close with everybody on the team. We're face to face on screen several times during the day. And we do try to integrate that communication digitally at Mad Microbe where we've got sort of rooms where they can just throw up funny memes and gifts.
