Mill Never Set Foot in India
He never set foot in India. He had tuberculosis and he had a lot of digestive problems that would have been hard for him to travel very widely. A lot of the travel he did was actually to get to better climates when his tuberculosis or his wife's was acted up. But no, I mean, it is true that he makes some claims about how people in other parts of the world live, that he didn't necessarily have the strongest evidence for.
