Sally Kohn: Everything that was true 10 years ago when I advised people about avoiding being a jobhopper just doesn't seem to be true anymore. She says if you jump around a lot and then optimize from there you might end up at a place you wouldn't have arrived if you just stayed somewhere for a long time. "I feel like it's bad but literally everyone I know who has done this has benefited from salary increases," she says.
