How Many M Dashes Do You Use in Regular Communication?

Anian, i always have a difficult time trying to come up with a headline or coming up with a title for these pacas episodes. I remember somebody pointing that out on twitter, that people with at h d use a lot more, not only ellipses, but m dashes. That's a total thing in my writing. Sometimes, katy, i go through phases. Man, i'm in a rut right now, and it's like, i wouldn't even call it riders block. But then i'll ye, then i will have prolific bouts.
