Felix: I think people sometimes don't appreciate how much drama there is in business. In some industries, scale is so important, and operating at these lower levels is just not sustainable. And second, if you don't let the market for corporate control play, then you kind o have bad outcomes,. maybe entrenched insiders doing nasty stuff. So i guess part of what i take away from the story is i actually think it's really important to have murgers, and have murger happen in kind of messy ways.
