The Importance of Two Deep Leadership

There's certain rules that you have to abide by. You never send a mentor and a boy out alone, so there's guidelines of that sort. At any time, at all times, an adult leader has to be with another adult if there's a one-on-one type of thing coming up. We call boys from five to 18 year old, we call them trail men, not trail boys. And it's true with the trailman as well. If there's a trailman that by himself, there's always got to be two adults.
