He heard about these Indians called the Kuna and the Kuna Indians live on the sandblast islands off the coast of Panama. They never got obesity or diabetes, but they were eating a lot of sugar, a lot of salt. And it turned out that they thought it was a gene, but then they found that those sandblasts all got diabetic rapidly.
