Dr. Kim's Failure to Call 911 for Help
Dr. Kim attempted CPR on her, but later admitted he did not call 911 for help for approximately five hours. Two nurses testified that they had requested permission to call 911, but he denied them and would not allow them to do that. Not surprisingly, she was left brain injured, unable to speak, walk, or feed herself,. And sadly enough, she died 14 months later. He faces up to three years in the Colorado Department of Corrections.
