CNN's John Defterios says he was bullish on Bragg's lawsuit when it was first filed. He liked it a little bit less after seeing the response and notes from the oral argument. The judge essentially says, you know, if you can't show that you have a likelihood of success on the merits, the inquiry is over,. As we used to say down here, it's dead right there.
