Strength Training

strength training is one of the leading way to increased capacity, or tissue tolerance. When we load tissues, ah, there's i really neat process at is called mechan therapy that occurs. You're doing a nice, slow nee extension exercise. An ou'r on the nee extension machine, and you're raising the weight for three seconds, and then you're lowering that weight back down for another three seconds. The kind of stimulus that our connective tissues seem to respond to the best. So just because someone is a strong individual doesn't necessarily that they will benefit from strength training.
