How Do We Help Our Team Leaders?

I find that those in the organization that aren't the most senior leaders are getting hit from all sides. And oftentimes we put all of the expectations on our on our managers or our team leaders. So what suggestions do you have for them? What leadership qualities, should they kind of look to enhance or develop that will help them be better leaders and managers?
