I'll Just Bring It Into It, Else
He says that a true fairy story has to have this, if tragedy is the true form of drama, that's its highest function. He calls it the escape from death. This leads him into what he talks about with the consolation of the happy ending. For there is no true end to any fairy tale. It gives me chills every time i read it.
