I fell about eight meters into a crevasse. It was one of the scariest moments of my life. I'd made a few eras that I now would never do. We had used some of our crevasse rescue gear to extend our pokes because they weren't really long enough. They were kind of like getting in the way. And we had clipped a carabiner on either side of our backpacks. So when I fell into the crevasse, the weight of my pulk slipped up the shoulders of my backpack and pulled me backwards. so it was upside down in thecrevasse. But then I reached for my ice screw, which is really hard
