The key concept, right, when it comes to debt snowball is the idea of cash flow timing. So if you've got a portfolio of five properties and let's say those properties are producing for around number $500 a month in cash flow each, so you've got $2,500 with a cash flow,. Are you taking the $2, 500 and paying your light bill with it or buying groceries? Like, that's what I mean by timing.
