Is Open Topography the Way Forward?

Y. Ahum: Open doesn't necessarily mean free, especially when you're providing things like computer resources on top of data. We get a lot at e mills from people asking for usto their data for free. But that also doesn't come and so the case we've made thus far has largely been around this idea of partnering with groups who have a mandate to make data public.
