Some people like a little bit of physical flexor guys, right? They'll get up every 50 minutes and do three sun salutations. So that's the psychological triggers. Now how about some neurobiology triggers? Well, so all these triggers are neurobiological. So they do different things. For example, there are three environmental triggers, high consequences, deep environment and a rich environment. And my favorite example is Steve Jobs. He wanted more creativity in the building, wanted more flow in the building. Some of the other things, so clear goals doesn't appear to drive norepinephrine and dopamine but what it does appear to do is lower cortisol levels.
