The Price of a Company
Some of these companies just had a lot of debt, and they might these kinde might have been baile outs and purchases at great prices. The actual purchase prices tend to be kind of all over the place, but it is kind of a starting point for value. And one thing i like here is that am we're talking 70 million purchase price enterprise value on a hundred, 23 million p v ten. But that's a 56 dollar oil. And so i'm working on 70 out of one 23. I'm buying one 23 for 70, knowing one 23 might not end up being one 23,. cause sometimes these companies get bought for somewhat less of the net of debt p v 10.
