How Do You Become Better?

Every person is different on how you receive information as well and how you change your behaviour. So i think it's up to each and every one to figure out what works for me. And when you're getting better, how do you kind of prepare each day? What's your routine? Do you have a system? Yes and no. I'm so my week, i prepare fairly. Now i'm divorced, so i have kids every other week. Every other week i'm at home, working from home, which i've been doing for the last ten years. But definitely, it's, it's about working on yourself, frits, it's what you need to do.
