i'm not entirely convinced that hilary's policy would look that different, although i think it would have been harder for her to rip up the iran nuclear ment. So we have a political moment in which the public at large is not supportive of a belacose foreign policy. Whether the country can be manipulated into war, or whether we have the politicalsortof stitutional capacity to restrain the executive branch,. those are bigger questions if the executive branch chooses to escalate.
