What's the Latent Value of a Player?
Value is contextual, right? Different players on different teams provide different value. And then it takes great ability to generate gr value. Someone without great ability is unlikely to look like their generating great value. There are probably a few other areas here we can think of,. Like defensive field goals against is an interesting one. But in general, it's just focused on shooting.
