How to Make a Weekly to-Do List

Ask yourself, what's the one thing I need to do today to make me feel satisfied with my day? If you ask yourself that, it causes you to eliminate 80% of everything you were going to do and focus in on that 20% that matters for you. Try to not put more than 10 things on your weekly to-do list. Manage your energy, not your time. You're most productive when you work first in the morning. This is also known as golden hours. So really pay attention to your energy levels and how they fluctuate throughout the day.
