I know that this anxiety I'm feeling is almost entirely down to social media consumption. Every evening and this is probably the only time I can hold a boundary, I get into bed and I might have a quick scroll. As soon as I take out my Kindle to read, the phone is then off for the night. I quite literally shut out the rest of the world by facing my phone down and then I feel the sense of relief just wash over me. That's something that you can't ignore. So it's only worth kind of looking at your behavior if it's causing you not to feel so good. For me it's going to have to start with a break. Without screw
