New owners of SIG were initially reluctant to the sort of Americanization of the company. But once Ron Cohen reoriented the company and moved manufacturing to the United States, they have not objected. The first big international deal that six hour Inc. made was in 2009 with the Columbia National Police. They committed to selling tens of thousands of,. of, of, pistols to, to Columbia. This was news to their colleagues in Germany who knew they couldn't be selling weapons to Columbia because German law prohibited guns going to a conflict zone. So this became the German authorities investigated and in the end the, the, uh, SIG and Coen reached a settlement which they acknowledged Ron doing.
