The Problem With Dircious Signaling
The problem is when you start to do the virtue signal, but it's not coupled with the actions. I was in a New Yorker or was until I moved to Austin a couple of years ago. There was an Asian guy in the subway and he was like Western. And some guy in his 40 stood up over him and screamed at him to go back to where he came from. Where it came from, you know, very kind of jingoistic racist terms that you don't really see in New York. The thing that I would encourage people to think about is like, that's not always a bad thing. It just depends on what issue we're talking about.
