Once that initial launch is over, you need to start getting a little more specific about the content and features within your membership. You should be aiming to run several promortional events throughout the year. It could be a free trial week during which you offer a free trial if you don't normally offer a trial. Or it could be a themed month, where every of that month you are putting out content on a very specific theme. Music based memberships can do this very well with musical themes like blue's month or hard rock month.
