Putin has taken his shot, but it is possible to see the other side of this conflict. Putin will declare this as a victory, because he's got more territory than he had before February the 24th. He will rearm, and we know, damn certain, that he will have another go. Ukraine is a fundamental threat to put inism. There cannot be a lasting peace if principles of the United Nations Charter have not been followed. We need to help Ukraine through to the better end.
