i'm michel. I brining a lot of personal history with d b t, ad being on the receiving end to this and then also a few years of teaching it to others. And if you can hear my cat in the background, ya, that's that jin mea. So i don't think anyone will mind the pod cats being interrupted by a sweet, cute cap meowing. There are worse things that could interrupt it. It's been a minute. We've been leading group together now for for five years. Ye, some somingthing like that, ie that i donno i col look back and find out, but i now it's been aminute.
