Majesco's CEO: Adam Elster

Adam Elster is the CEO of Majesco, a software company that sells insurance products. He was hired by Tomo Bravo to help them turn their business around after they went public in 2010. Adam says he has been able to transform his company from being predominantly services toSoftware out of the box,. all cloud, low margin to high margin. The market didn't care about Majesco at first because it wasn't moving fast enough toward subscription revenue and selling to larger customers. But when COVID came along, its valuation got so much higher than what would have happened if Majesco hadn't gone private.
