Is the Depth of a Decision Tree a Neural Network?

A 16 depth tree is going to crush most algorithms even if you could build such a decision tree so actually build one it's becomes rather hard to reason about them simply because of the emergent properties of putting all of these things together. So whereas in a neural network i have internal representation i have features or weights that you know look at particular features inside of these representations. One set of the neural network might look at the lighting condition the other part of the neuralNetwork may look at the shape of something and they can work.
