Is Kevin McCarthy a Sellout?

Matt Gates and Lauren Bobert are among the 20 hold out members of Congress. They think McCarthy is a sellout who doesn't have any principles, they say. But more for them, it's the point of conflict is their brand, so that's what they get out of it. The Taliban contingent has reached escape velocity from even daddy Trump himself because it doesn't seem like his interventions in this debacle are having any effect either.
