They announced that but as soon as they announced it, Max, when you drop, they're taking on a lot of debt for it. So really seven from the beginning. How do we get to 4 billion enterprise value? And then I guess I'll just call the cash they generate till then versus the time value money fair value. The proxy is 363 million slap a 10x multiple on that. That would be about 120 dollar per share price.
