It can be so easy just to fall into that negative spiral always seeing the worst and you know this is why people talk so much about gratitude now. I mean it's like sort of the forgiveness the releasing the letting go and recognizing there's so many things that we could be focusing that energy on. The good is often a walk in nature picking flowers baking bread which keeps us going because drudgery can very often bring us down.
